There are many options with detailed descriptions of each. The sales associates are very quick to reply to questions and are helpful. Being able to order free samples is extremely helpful and much appreciated.
So far so good. Seems very straightforward.
Started installing floor immediately after receiving it. Couldn't waitSubfloor is concrete with old black, mastic remaining after vinyl tile removal. Very unsightly and very expensive and tedious to remove. One solution, vinyl rolls, too costly. Instead, chose interlocking carpet tile which, while expensive after $140 shipping charge, still a considerable saving in labor. This went down easily, as expected, and in six hours. Looked at installation video first. As a result, didn't repeat what some customers complained about: that the carpet tiles didn't match, das if they were from different lots. Secret is in following the direction indicated by the arrow on the back of the tiles: keeps the nap going the same way. Did see another thing other customers noted: that the carpet shedded with traffic. Normal for many new carpets: will see after several months of wear whether or not this stops. If not, will be a major concern. Overall, very impressed. An ingenious system that looks good, is cost-effective due to self installation, and, as an added benefit, adds a degree of insulation and comfort to a concrete basement floor.
Customer service was very pleasant. Can't wait to see how these work on our boat. May order more for our patio if we like them.

Order was fast and easy. Product is great quality and is just the size that I needed. Price was the best that I could find. Shipping was even faster than I thought it'd be. Would defiantly purchase again.
