Arrived 3 days early. Actually higher quality than expected. It was a nice surprise. That doesn't happen very often anymore.

The product was great and it came faster than we expected! However when we open 2 of the boxes the tiles had a different texture and they were different! We were in crunch time so no time to return and wait for them to send them back.
Why would they send 2 boxes out of 9 with a different tile texture? My guest is they need to be more careful and control the quality before it ships

These were the original tile from 11 years ago. Original contractor is gone, but I remember him saying they are charcoal gray. I hope they fit. After I got them, found out the note left by contractor was incorrect about the color. I am going to rethink how I am going to do this. I have not had chance to put in, but thinking I will take some old tiles out and put these in. The old tiles will then be used to patch the broken tiles and later will order more charcoal gray. Eventually all the tiles will be charcoal gray and the other ones will be gone.
