All of the snacks at Graze have been delicious and, more importantly, the right portion size! I love being able to grab a Graze snack pack before I head out the door to take to work with me. It helps me make better snack choices and save money in the process! My coworker has started getting Graze boxes as well because he saw the yummy snacks I was bringing in!
I am only rating it 4 out of 5 stars because when I first signed up for Graze, I was supposed to get a free box of 4 snacks to try before getting my first box of 8. The first "free" box never came, which was pretty disappointing.
The vast majority of the Graze snacks that I've received have been delicious. The ingredients are of high-quality and I particularly appreciate the variety. One concern that I do have is about the use of plastic in the packaging. I appreciate the efforts to use cardboard wherever possible, but the single-use plastic containers do give me pause as an eco-conscious consumer. I'd love it if there were an option where you could provide re-usable containers or a non-plastic source material.

Our use of packaging and the materials we use is really important to us. Our plastic punnets are recyclable and can be put out with your roadside collection, as can our cardboard boxes. I love the Graze boxes! They are great and I really enjoy getting them in the mail. Its nice you can change your delivery so easy!
Dried fruit and nuts much tastier than flavored mixes and doesnt leave an aftertaste like many of the flavored mixes

The ordering process is not user friendly. When I placed my order it did not give me the option of sending the package to another location, I thought it would bring me to another screen to do this as I was just entering in the credit card information. The disappointing part was when I contacted Graze. The screen confirmed my order without getting a chance to review my order. So I immediately, within 1 minute of placing my order sent an email asking for the correction to be made. I got a quick reply that it was too late and they hoped my mother in law would get her package even though it was not addressed to her in an assisted living facility. They were quick to take my money but not willing to make an address change on a package that was not even mailed yet. Very very disappointed, will not order from here again.

Love, love, love graze because its the easiest snack to reach for when Im nursing and stuck in the same spot for sometimes up to 45 minutes! I love that its healthy, convenient, and just the right size snack. I keep a few on my nightstand and in the babys room so theyre easy to reach. Plus, Im able to eat something different ever time.

I love getting my new Graze boxes every few weeks. It's always exciting to see what's inside and try new, healthier snacks. But the food can be hit or miss. Stuff that sounds right up my alley can be pretty gross, and stuff that sounds gross turns out being pretty decent. You really need to be willing to try new things to get the most out of this

So far I have enjoyed most of the snacks. They are so convenient, I just throw them in my bag and go!
Love your product. It always has a great taste thats unique and I couldnt normally find in a store. I also like being able to take them to different events. The packaging is great for that
For the price they charge you would think they would care about what the customer would like but their focus is on making sure they receive their monthly charge. Customer service could care less if I chose what was in the box and where not understanding of circumstances-- then did nothing when the box was delayed past the date it was supposed to arrive.

The sampler boxes I have received have way too much dried fruit, rarely paired with any protein. It's much healthier to eat real fruit.
Some of the seasoned or flavored nut mixes are really good!
Did NOT like snicker doodle dip, which was a free 6 pack. Gave away the other 5 packs in the break room at work.
I will cancel soon, and go back to buying my favorite raw nuts and other snack items and making my own mixes.

Graze is convenient and easy to use. There are multiple options that can satisfy anyone's snack needs. They are healthy options for whatever your personal needs are. The ability to choose what you want and frequency is especially important.
I'm very displeased with a company who "brand" pushes a lifestyle of healthy, wholesome goodness, is a CROOK. I, like many others, ordered a sample box to see what this company is all about. They promote a free samples in my get fresh home delivery. I read the instructions carefully. What consumers need to do is report when they charge $13.99 or whatever ASAP. My CC company was good enough to simply refund my monies without argument, stating they know about GRAZE and their bad business practices. This business needs to be shut down. Consumers who call the day they get the box are still billed and told they can't get a refund because the next box was already in process. This is bad business. I went through their website email and received this email below. Good luck to all those these people burn.

I have loved graze from my very first box. I have it sent to my workplace so that I can keep up a healthy motabolism and conveniently grab a snack between meetings. I have reccommended Graze to everyone in my office. The rating system is so perfect so that I really do get a good combination of snacks that I already love and ones that I would like to try out. Plus I save so much time and money not grabbing snacks on the go all the time. I am definitely a Graze customer for life.
My promised delivery is now 2 weeks late. Spent 10 minutes on their site trying to cancel, but they make it exceedingly hard to find any way to cancel. My gut feeling about this business is bad; I'll try another

Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
