I hace tried to contact this company... guess what? No phone number. Canceled my order after searching for hours how to do this. Finally... canceled, only to find and still being charged. Now they have caused my acct. To be overdrawn for $26.00! I am calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow... VERY UNHAPPY
I AM EXTREMELY IRKED WITH THIS COMPANY, I SAW THE COMMERCIAL AND THOUGHT WOW THEIR PRODUCTS LOOK REALLY AMAZING AND GOT EXTREMELY EXCITED WHEN THEY DISPLAYED A CODE TO GET A FREE, F R E E, BOX OF THEIR AMAZING PRODUCTS. SO I WENT ONLINE TO THEIR SITE, SIGNED UP, WENT THOUGH MY OPTIONS OF WHAT I WANTED IN THE BOX, ENTERED IN MY CREDIT INFORMATION (DEEP SIGHS; THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST WARNING), AND THE NEXT DAY I GET 3 NOTIFICATIONS FROM MY BANK TO MY CELL PHONE. 1.) THEY CHARGED ME 1.00 2.) THEY REVERSED THE CHARGE AND GAVE ME A DOLLAR BACK. 3.) NEXT THEY CHARGE ME 11.99 FOR A FREE FRICKIN BOX. YOU KNOW, I WAS SOOOOOO EXCITED AT FIRST BUT THEN I GET CHARGED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE/CONSENT, GOD I WISH I WOULDA SEARCHED FOR THE REVIEWS AND TOOK HEED WITH EVERYONE'S COMPLAINTS. YOU GUYS ARE TERRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR PRODUCTS TO ANYONE. IF THIS IS A RECURRING ISSUE, THEN FIX IT. WHY EVEN TAKE THE RISK OF LOSING BUSINESS? DO YOU ALL ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS? YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR.
I went through all the trouble of clicking on ones I would like. Free box only had 1 included that I couldn't eat and the selection was a good variety. The second box had less varietyand 1 I couldn't eat. This last box has a terrible selection including 1 with chocolate which I am allergic to and did not rate as like. Out of 8 boxes in each shipment I liked maybe 3 and then there's only 1 serving of each flavor. Ok for single person if you really want to spend the money on 1/4 c serving of something and apparently even though you rate the choices you will get ones you did not select. I cancelled.
I was told the first box was free, so I ordered one as well as an 8 box for a little later in October. But a couple days later I went to purchase something on a different website and my card kept declining. When I checked my bank account, I went from $34 to $1. I am NOT happy about your false advertising.
You better hope your snacks are perfection, because that was not cool!^

We'd recommend checking with your bank about any further charge, as at present this appears to be unrelated - although please don't hesitate to let us know if we can assist you further!
I did not receive my package yet because I just ordered it but I am expecting nothing other than perfection. But the services is so good! I deleted my box multiple times and they reordered it to help me without question! And they answered my questions and helped me a lot. Regardless of no number, I find their service very reliable. Why have I been charged for something I have not given permission for, since I did my free trial one at the first of the year, to which I cancelled!? I have not received any but 1 time! I do not want any! Somebody needs to put my money back! Is there not a contact / customer service number?

Im so disappointed on the two boxes i recieved for $20 each! I was only gonna try their free box but then i end up for $40.00 charge on my cc. Also on the 2 boxes that i get its the least of their product that i liked. I want my money back and where should i return this boxes? Can i get a label so i can send this back today.

I am brand new to Graze. I ordered a special introductory box and it was shipped immediately. I don't know if this is normal, but a REGULAR shipment was automatically posted also and I received both in the same day. I wanted to try the into package before committing to the monthly auto shipments, so I contacted them to cancel. They were super prompt and honored my cancellation and also didn't charge me for the 2nd shipment. EXCELLENT, prompt customer service. I may well go back to a monthly membership, especially after such wonderful treatment. I especially liked that they did not pressure me to stay and honored my cancellation request.

While we do ask grazers to place a recurring order when registering with us, as we're a subscription service, we definitely intend for everyone to be able to give our snacks a try with their introductory offer first and foremost, so we were more than happy to assist with this :)
Its been over 4 weeks! No free box nor did my order that i PAID for!

Dont sign up for this as they dont let u cancel#! You cant even delete your credit cards! Worst delivery service ever!

We don't offer phone service at graze, but we respond to every email we receive absolutely as soon as possible. On TV they just said pay for shipping and get first box free. So I was not apprehensive of entering CC info. But as soon as I submitted CC info the message displayed that you will get your first around 27 Sep and one box every following week! And I was like, when did I agree to weekly boxes? Never once the CC page where I entered CC info did it say I am subscribing. Beats the point of a free box if you cannot wait till trying it out to subscribe! So I googled and yes, this is charge without consent kind of site. I had to look for ways to cancel, it was not easy to find those links. I did and called CC company to let them know as well. They assured me I am good. No phone number for customer care. Very odd anyone can do this.

I'd like to assure you that we do state that ours is a recurring order service from the first page of entering your details with us. At the end of registering you'll then choose a frequency for this order, before final confirmation of the details is sent through by email. We strive to be as clear as possible throughout.
The order you make is designed to be ready to go if you'd like to try more of our range, but it's also very easy to cancel this online, even right after the first box if that's your decision.

I've been ordering graze snacks for a little over a year now and I love everything about it. Anytime I have a question or concern, the graze team responds immediately and without the annoying formality of phrases like, "we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused..." A human being with a real personality responds with genuine concern and a solution.
The snacks are always delivered promptly and are delicious. I love that the site allows customers with food preferences or allergies to opt out of certain snacks. There's no chance that I, as a vegan, will accidentally pay for and receive something with milk or eggs. It's nice to know that there exists a company that actually cares about the customers as much as they do the products that they manufacture.
I have recommended graze to everyone I know and will continue to praise them until the cows come home. They are that wonderful.
I am a fan of subscription boxes so I wanted to try this out. I ordered a sharing box since you could customize what you get easier and there would be more servings. On the site it says that nothing will be sent to you unless it is on your list. Unfortunately when my box came in there was only 2 things in there that were on my list and 3 that were not. These 3 items were nothing of interest(Probably why I didn't add them to my list in the first place) I emailed customer service about getting a refund if I sent the items back, or if I could get a replacement box. Khalid responded trying to assure me that they wouldn't send me anything that wasn't on my list. After back and forth talking he sent me a screenshot of what was on my list as if I didn't know already. I sent back a picture of the items I did get which clearly showed he was in the wrong. At this point he responded: "Thanks for getting back to me.
Please be assured that we would never send snacks that are not on your sharing box list.
As the snacks you received were sent based on the list you provided to us, I'm afraid we will not be able to issue any additional credits.
I apologize for the inconvenience. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with."
So even though they clearly did not do as advertised there was nothing they wanted to do in return.
Do yourself a favor and don't get ripped off. I highly suggest NatureBox.
Although I don't eat dairy, eggs, refined/ processed sugars and grains I'm still able to enjoy the snacks offered at Graze. Don't get me wrong there are more trashed items than try / likes / loved on my account. But I love the quality and manageability it offers. I am hoping for more raw items and stepping away from processed ingredients but I understand stabilizers are needed to maintain freshness of a lot of the items that are likely baked or cooked in some fashion. The flavors and combination of all of the snack choices are unique and farmiluar. Flavors range from "classic favorites" people likely have had before more than once in their life. But also unique and intriguing snacks come along that allow grazers to explore their pallets a little more.
I can't wait to open my next box and see what I get!
Graze is one of the best little luxuries my wife and I enjoy. The quality of the food is astounding, the ability to rate snacks and fine tune your Graze box helps make each one more enjoyable, and the variety of food is great.

I had an issue where I kept changing my address to where I had moved and it would revert. I missed a few boxes due to the shipping error. The graze employee I talked to credited my account, had me change my address from a link she provided, and then checked it on her end. Great service!
Graze snacks are so good for me because I need the help of portion control. I love getting a new box and seeing what surprises are inside!
I have been a loyal Graze member for over a year and I have been delighted with everything I have received from them! I order a recurring box and have ordered some of the specialties (chocolate, sharing, etc) Each snack is well thought out from the flavor to the packaging. And the convenience of having delicious snacks delivered to my home is wonderful!
Because of this company I have been introduced to (and absolutely love) British Flapjacks.
They continually offer new selections and I am delighted each time my box arrives! Keep up the stellar work!
I love getting my Graze box every week. I never know what is going to be in there. Will it be something savory, like the little bread sticks and crackers that taste like pizza? Will it be something sweet, like the banana shortbread cookies that come with a teeny reservoir of caramel to dip them in? Either way, it's a fun surprise that gets to be eaten!
I've been a Graze consumer for years now, and still love it. I've spent my time with Graze tuning my preferences to perfection, hoarding (the best microwave) popcorn, and still feeling gleeful when I open my weekly box. The price is right, the offerings are unique and quite tasty, the innovation is there, and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
