My 1st box was to arrive the week of Feb. 5. The second the week of Feb. 12. As of today I have not seen anything. Do not try this company unless you like frustration!
Horrible customer service. Low level tech company that will probably be bankrupt soon enough. There is no way to contact the company by phone if there is ever an issue. They really know how to take advantage of people. I really hope they go out of business and stop ruining peoples health.

I actually look forward to receiving mail from graze. They treat me like royalty with their selections
I dont trust this company. I was unable to cancel my subscription and was billed for items I was told I would not receive. I called to cancel after getting a repeated error message trying to cancel online. I was told that my card was already charged but since Im the one who initiated the cancellation they could only stop my order from being shipped and because the card was already charged theres nothing they could do. I had to call me credit card company for a chargeback. Not ethical in their business.

I'd like to assure you that we would never expect a grazer to pay for a box that we haven't sent. I signed up for the vegan snack pack that I get every two weeks. I was happily snacking along for a few months, when one of the packages contained 2 peculiar items that were labeled as having honey. This caught me by surprise and I double checked my subscription was the vegan option, and it was. I contacted Graze and they said they I was signed up for the vegan package but thought I may want to try snacks with honey. HONEY IS NOT VEGAN AND HAS NO BUSINESS BEING SHIPPED IN A VEGAN SUBSCRIPTION. There were no outside ratings of items that were non-vegan that would have indicated that a a vegan like myself would have wanted non-vegan items.
I reached out to vegans on social media about this and putting non-vegan items in the vegan subscription is a regular practice with Graze. This has turned off a lot of vegans who decided to drop the subscription and has deterred others from trying it.
The trust I had in Graze has been damaged and I am also on the fence about continuing.

I'm really sorry to hear that you received some snacks in your graze boxes that weren't vegan-friendly.
Please be assured that we always double check your ratings before deciding which snacks to send you, and will never send a snack that you've asked us to exclude.
However, even once a food preference filter has been applied to an account - such as the vegan filter - it is possible for grazers to then rate one of the snacks in this category positively again. If this happens, the snack can be included in your boxes.
It looks like this is what happened on this occasion, and I'm really sorry if it wasn't clear that some non-vegan snacks might be sent to you. I love the portion sizes and that you can customize your box by protein, fiber, etc... I'm very happy with Graze and would recommend to anyone!
I love it but want more savory snacks! They mix so many things that you wouldnt normally think of and satiate your cravings without putting on the pounds!
Moments after placing my order I realized that the shipping address was incorrect and reached out to Graze. I was told that there was nothing they could do and if the package is undeliverable it would be disposed of by USPS. So even though I immediately contacted them they have no way of correcting the address before it ships out? A little hard to believe. Arianna said she will keep her fingers crossed I still get it. I just wasted $37 on snack I will never receive because of their poor customer service and/or lack of capability to rectify the issue in their system.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been disappointed with your recent experience on our online shop.
Unfortunately, due to the way our system is set up, we cannot make any changes to a shop order once it is confirmed. This helps us get snacks on their way to customers as quickly as possible, but does mean we can't intervene even if a customer contacts us immediately after placing an order.
We outline the details of the order throughout the checkout process, to allow customers a chance to review all the information and make any changes if necessary. I apologize if it wasn't clear that your snacks would be going to an incorrect address though, and we appreciate your feedback about this.

I find it easier to know my family is snacking healthier. Much better than chips and candy. I find it great to take on a road trip.
It's lots of fun to get a box of graze snacks in the mail. I shop the great promotional sales. I have a subscription for my son. A couple of negatives: the sugar content is a little too high for me; "love it" doesn't seem to get that item to repeat in the subscription box.

When I got my first box, I wasn't too impressed with it. I went ahead and got a 2nd and found so many things we liked. Then I went to the shop on their website and found so many things to try. At first, I thought graze was pricey. I now just look at the biweekly boxes as a sampler to try other things and the shop to buy things we like. Our pantry is all graze right now, I swear Lol! The flapjacks are amazing for breakfast. Even when I don't feel like eating, I can always eat one of their snacks (flapjacks specifically, have to eat to take medication). We love graze in our house. My husband would love it more if there were more peanut things, he's weird and doesn't like tree nuts.

Great company to work with, snacks are amazing and so convenient. My husband is a diabetic and we have found snacks for him that wont raise his blood sugar. I love the low carb sweet treats, they are just enough to fulfill that craving.

The packaging the snacks come in is super fun and personalized, I really like the idea of having a different variety of snacks sent to me, but I just didn't love the snack options and they started to pile up in my pantry so I've paused my subscription.

I love that its healthy, convenient, and just the right size snack. Love the variety of taste combinations offered. It always has a great taste that's unique and I couldn't normally find in a store. I have recommended Graze to everyone in my office.
Answer: Yes they will and then it'll be next to impossible to get him to stop charging you'll have to report your card lost to the bank and get a new card
Answer: No give it a miss, you will spend much time trying to stop the payments, the so called free box is the carrot to tempt you it's far from free.

Answer: Don't just cancel, remove your payment method. I got charged after canceling. I canceled the day i received my trial box. They have no phone number to contact. Only email. After canceling, when i click manage frequency or pause boxes, it reloads the page, so i have now removed my card. These snacks are small and under 300 calories. Some only 100 calories. $14 for 8 snacks isn't a good deal and they expire pretty quickly. I wouldn't pay $1 per snack. Because i cancelled, i didn't even get to pick the snacks i unauthorized the charge for. Got two of the same crap beet snack sent. Will not be eating the coming box and expect a full refund and cancellation with cancellation email.
