This website is a phony. Although, there are some good reviews about it; do not be fooled. I believe that they write their own reviews; and their customer support is a joke. These are people that are in call center scamming unsuspecting victims! They allow you a trial period; where they bank on you not reading the Terms and Conditions. They start by offering to send a grant kit for a mere $2.97; with stipulations of you cancelling within a 24 hour period. If you do not cancel within that period they charge your account $57.61 without prior approval that they call a subscription charge; which they if you call and cancel after the 24 hour period; refund a partial $40 of that back. You speak to the same people over and over, who use United States citizens' names. Mangers and supervisors are usually not available. The grant kit they claim is a starter is not mailed (which is why they claim to charge you $2.97 for postage); but you are allowed to use the website tools, which I believe a simple Google search can accomplish and give information better. Do not fall for this website! It does not believe in fair business practices. In addition, I canceled my previous debit card with my bank that I used on this site, and got a new one from my banking institution.
