They have scammed numerous people. Their sales representatives are told to say whatever they need to in order to land a contract. They require $2400 up front to begin pursuing a grant, and then you never hear from them again. Look up their BBB rating at the BBBof Nevada. They have an F rating, over 12 complaints to the BBB in the last 12 months.
