Grammarly purports itself to be a "helpful" site that "improves" one's writing ability -- but in reality, it is a crutch that will only serve top weaken already-mediocre skills until the user is trapped into depending on Grammarly to keep the voice and style that the app has helped them develop -- a voice and style that the user will then be unable to recreate on their own.
The first large problem with Grammarly is that it encourages laziness and stupidity among its users: why ever bother to sharpen your own written skills when a pay program will do it for you?
Why, indeed: in addition to encouraging you to be a lazy writer who relies on an app to make your prose inspiring, Grammarly will also ensure that your unique voice is destroyed; lost, overwritten, and digitized and sanitized into the Grammarly Style of speaking.
Your individuality will be forfeit; Grammarly will neatly strip away your individual voice and replace it with their bog-standard sentence structuring and suggested re-wording. Gone is your creative voice. Gone is your individuality. In its place will be soulless prose with no true style or unique pattern to define yourself by. Your unique style will be sanitized into another mass-produced churn of buzzwords and corporate-speak.
Avoid. Using this service will atrophy your writing skills and hinder your talent. Any good writer knows better than to rely on such a pathetic crutch as this.
Now I am studying English conversation but I am not so frequent. I made a lot of mistakes in grammar. I need to use Grammarly because I can always check my mistakes in writing texts.
I can't express how much Grammarly has helped me to not only become a better writer, I also have gotten better at spelling.
It is great in everything but I think plagiarism does not work with me.
Actually, as a student is expensive for me, I subscribed to Genger software there was an offer, a one-year subscription only for 45$. But I am still using Grammarly. Therefore, if you have attractive offers for students like me, I will be willing to subscribe for one year.

It works fast and I love it. I would recommend this app to everyone.
I had some doubts about this program but was willing to try. Grammarly works extremely well. The only issue is some of my writing styles use terms and structures that are unusual when compared to the general public or popular writing. This was easily overcome and is not a serious issue. What remains to be seen is if Grammarly learns as it corrects mistakes.

Grammarly is very useful for school work and writing at home. It was very useful for me because whatever time I'm writing my friends or family or when I'm at school I know how to sound punctual and however I want it to be.

I create a lot of documents. Grammarly picks up things that my usual spell/grammar check misses. It really helps to enhance the contents of a documents with word and phrase suggestions. I'm a fan!
I am disappointed at Grammarly's way to do business. I needed to update my form of payment. The payment on the renewal page showed $69.97 I entered my new card info and as soon as I het "send" Grammarly confirm pricing for $139.95 Really? The way the info is presented is misleading. Such a poor business practice. They will tell me to be on the outlook for promos. That is not the point. Customers must know how much they will be charged IN ADVANCED, and not after the fact.
