I also appreciate the weekly ratings... apparently, my vocab is in the 98th percentile. Just cool to know. I wish there was a toggle for school, work, and "off". Sometimes it's annoying to write bullet point slides and have everything lit up for incomplete sentences, but I'd rather have it than not - toggle with the free version would be nice.

This has been a great help with many parts of my writing. Issues are comma challenges are not always right, When quoting from Biblical texts (direct quotes) it really does not like what is there. I wish the pro version was more affordable.

I have used Grammarly, during my time, as a university lecturer. Now, however, I am retired and spend my time writing fiction. Much of what I write about is to do with the British Special Forces. My education, unfortunately, did not include going to university; my father said, 'it was a waste of time, and that I had to earn a living, as he had done.' I had always loved writing English compositions when I was at school. After leaving school, I continued writing poetry because of the pleasure it gave me. I have no illusions as to my level of ability, I know my weaknesses, as well as my strengths. For example; my skill with using punctuation was never very good. However, Grammarly, has helped me correct many of my mistakes, as well as help me to show my students at university the correct methods of writing; letters, applications, resignations, etc, etc. My poetry has also helped my students, when they were learning to speak the English language.
Grammarly gives more confidence before posting or sending the content to any parties.
