Grammarly CS Team was excellent when I needed to change email addresses. They provided clear guidance, were extremely fast in the conversation, and did a great overall job.

I used this application entirely through college and graduated Magna Cum Laude because it gave my essays a professional appearance. My professors and I were totally impressed with it.
I use it now in my employment as a Project Coordinator. It corrects all my emails so that I appear professional and not in a rush each time I send them. Others have typos and incomplete sentences. It also acts as an ongoing teacher to put in those articles when describing something. It is like having a perpetual friendly teacher reminding me kindly that we need to clarify our communication.

Grammarly is very helpful and gives me peace of mind knowing my communication is clear and grammatically correct.

Having the ability to add words and phrases to the dictionary that it thinks are incorrect would be a drastic improvement. This is especially useful for people like me who work in an industry like signage which has a lot of jargon that may not be grammatically accurate. An example would be when we have a project that is finished we take completion photos. Grammarly always wants to change it to completed photos. I don't think I should have to pay for a basic feature when MS word has been doing it for 20 years.

That is my only critique. Otherwise, I love it and recommend it to my coworkers. (Mostly because I get tired of seeing their typos and grammar mistakes. Grammar Nazi here.)

When I first heard about Grammarly I thought I would never need it - after all, I have been writing all my life and I write for a living. But Grammarly has helped me get rid of those annoying little habits that develop over time, has tightened up my writing and given me fresh impetus. Also I love the encouraging little messages - who doesn't like praise?

I have been impressed by the degree to which Grammarly has caught my mistakes and generally improved my writing. However, I do have one frustration with the product. Too often Grammarly flags as mistakes my attempts to express emphasis. For example, let's say I have a colleague on my nonprofit board who needs to address a problem, but he is adamant that someone else needs to find a solution. I might write the following to another board member: "He himself needs to address the problem." Grammarly identifies this as unclear and suggests I remove the intensive pronoun ("himself"). I disagree. I intentionally included the pronoun "himself" to emphasize that the solution does not lie elsewhere. Rather, my colleague must fix the problem himself because he is in the best position to do so. This is a subtle point that Grammarly seems unable to discern as a legitimate form of expression.

I WOULD RATE IT 0 IF I COULD BECAUSE IT GAVE ME AN 79 WHICH IS A C+ I WROTE A VERY IMPORTANT LETTER BUT STILL A 79 THE HIGHEST I GOT WAS AN 80 WHICH IS A B- VERY WORSE AND NO I'M NOT PAYING FOR THIS DUMB PREMIUM THING WHICH IS GONNA MAKE ME FAIL. DON'T PAY FOR PREMIUM OR EVEN USE GRAMMARLY I WAS THINKING MAYBE I COULD USE IT TO HELP ME WITH MY GRADUATION ESSAY BUT I"M NOT EVER USING GRAMMARLY ANYWAYS BYEE.
