The back and forth via email is ridiculous. With a five-minute phone call, we could have solved something that - as of today - is still not solved. Most of the instructions I'm told to do are outside of my technical expertise, and I don't have time to sit here and try and figure it out. I am a busy editor and have a duty to my customers to be fast. They've wasted my time so many times. They can't afford live chat? Then revamp your business plan to include real customer service, not the quasi-help you offer.
The app does its job very well, hope it gets improved and lighter, but I want to have more free prompts to be able to make a move to the premium account as there are free choices that do exactly the same.

It is pretty amazing that this tool helps me overcome my lack of perfect English. Also, it continues to catch my pattern of mistakes. Due to that, I stopped that mistake for good...at least I hope. The company has my thanks! My only wish is that any on-site workplace would allow this, but most of them don't due to security.
I loved Grammarly… it was very helpful in correcting spelling mistakes, especially since I'm a terrible typist. Though I don't need a lot of help with grammar, occasionally Grammarly would help with that, too. However, every time I tried to type ANYTHING, Grammarly would show a message asking if I wanted a "tour" of Grammarly. That annoying message came up constantly; so often that I had to cancel Grammarly in order to stop it. I was told that there was no way for Gramarrly to program their site to stop it. When trying to type while having to delete your "tour" message over and over again was just too time consuming and annoying.
Very helpful in helping me complete my assignments for school.
This is the best app I have and I use it every day. I learn to spell better and use proper grammar.

I do a lot of editing of official government correspondence. I also send and reply to many emails. Grammarly has helped tremendously to edit my documents in ways that sound better, removes words that are not needed, and overall makes my writing read much better and more professional.
Grammarly Go Prompt is excellent tool. I was so excited using Grammarly to the extent that I felt like sending free money to the creators. You guys are awesome and highly creative. I love my Grammarly experience.
I enjoy using Grammarly! I thought it was available for one program, so I was extremely excited to see it works across every program on your computer! I would definitely recommend this for everyone from beginners to expert users.
Though I was charged without notice the annual fee, when I addressed the problem, Grammarly did give me a full refund. I am giving them a 3 star because of the initial scare, but I am thankful they gave me my money back. I wish however, they would be more forthright in informing their customers. I believe they would retain more customers.
When writing a piece, I get the prompt to sign up for Premium. I already have Premium. I go to the website and sign in - and now, the corrections are corrupt, resulting in a string of nonsense. A costly subscription that is ineffective and time-wasting to retype.

I started using Grammarly to assess it as a tool to recommend to one of my staff since English is not their primary language. After months of reviewing and editing drafts, I started using Grammarly to make suggestions and really liked where it was going. I shared the product and now I am no longer asked to review written content, the work has improved, and my staff is feeling more comfortable with their written reports. I have also started using it to see suggested changes and build more confidence. This product is a great tool!

Please update to include ap style. I do not use an oxford comma and we do not capitalize certain things, such as west in west Charlotte.

The Chicago Manual of Style, APA 7th edition, MLA for the citation style guides, and Swan's Practical English Usage, The Cambridge Grammar of the English Language, etc., for grammar guides.

Answer: I agree with everyone else. I have been using grammarly for almost 2 years and I never had a problem with viruses or anything. It is a good product and well worth the investment.

Answer: Make sure you have set it to your language, as the default is American English, and you may need to change it. If you don't need to, remember that you could have failed for other reasons (not enough information, too much information, using Grammarly as a tool that will get everything right etc.).
Answer: There is a limit, but I find that only a minor inconvenience. If the document goes over the size limit, just cut and paste the document by halves or thirds and run Grammarly checks on each part.
