Grammarly customer service (Nicky specifically) helped me out when I wasn't totally satisfied with a previous customer service experience. I had not realized that I had two years of premium subscriptions and I wanted a refund given I'm a broke grad student and didn't even use the premium because I didn't realize I had it. I was only given a partial refund initially but Nicky really pulled through for me when I felt unsatisfied with that. Thank you! I have enjoyed grammarly for years and I appreciate the help

So handy and quick and self executed app. Cant imagine working without it now. Super responsive and easy to use.
I was doing a test online and barely cared about grammar at all but in the end with a few minutes to spare the bot alerted me of twenty mistakes and I ended up with a nearly perfect score. Grammarly can improve by being accessible anywhere e.g. like on gaming platforms
Awesome tool. Helps me write correctly which enhances my communication. Would be good if one of the little icons can also be moved around the screen because sometimes it blocks my view. Would be even better if the AI can detect what you want to communicate and propose some options of the entire communication. Other than that, its a good tool.
This app is constantly wrong about everything and continues to glitch. When I add something to my dictionary or tell Grammarly that I do not need the suggestion that it gave me I refresh and the changes I made are ignored by Grammarly. Overall, this is a crappy app I do not recommend you will waste your time, money, and energy, and get very frustrated. Do not download.

With this application, I have been able to make use of correct English words and I must rate it 100 percent because I derived satisfaction using the application.
I have been using grammarly as a review to keep my grammar skills current for years. I signed up after I purchased the blue book, which was a great resource for common mistakes.
I didn't think I needed this when all the ads started showing up on YouTube but I tried and now I can't do without it. This is one of the best tools for sales and my business when communicating with customers.
I use grammarly real often I make a lots of mistakes and is the best helper one could have.
I oficially recommend Grammarly because it helps me at all times for example at the time of writing something for an email assignment project etc and it works to perfection at least for me

Grammarly is well worth the money, that is what I tell my classmates! Having to write weekly discussions and essays using APA format, this has made it a breeze to edit and get things submitted on time. I have a 4.0 GPA in my sophomore year of my 4-year bachelor's degree in human services! Glad I tried it out!
