Okay but for real, this software actually is excellent and saves my@** more times than I care to admit... For me, $30/month to not look like a f*** in front of customers is pretty worth it, and if you don't agree then I hope you're a literary genius... Or atleast enjoy looking gramatically incompetent.
Paid for a year service and opted out of the renewal service and still Grammarly charged my card 139.00 dollars for a renewal subscription.

It is quite easy to make errors when drafting a document, which is where Grammarly writing comes in.
Grammarly is such bull$#*! they charged my cc for $187 out of nowhere. When I asked for a refund they only gave me back $175 Like wtf? What type of credit card fees charge you $13 for a transaction. The software it self is bull$#*!, basically the same thing as spell check on word.
Signed up for free 14 day trial for business usage, for one person, advertised as $15 discount per month if paying for a year subscription. Immediately got invites to add up to 3 users to the account, did not add any (it's just me). Was charged on day 13 $540 for THREE users, $15 each per month. Tried calling, but there is NO number that can get someone on the phone. Opened case, and it was 'solved' in a matter of minutes, which meant closed and no further info, communication, nothing. Fighting charges now through PayPal. Too bad. I would have continued using their product for years to come.
I paid for a premium account, and then was unable to access my account. Sent in multiple requests for help and still have not received any. They have no phone support and you must rely on their help link which doesn't get any response!

I had accidently purchased an premium subscription thinking it was for 11$/month and ended up paying 139$. I tried getting in touch with grammarly support the next day and explaining to them that I would not require a yearly subscription. I requested for a refund of the unused amount however have not received a response from them.
Every follow-up ticket logged with support is marked as solved.
I think the name of the $#*!ty program speaks for itself... and for the further dumbing down of the human race... $#*! you Grammarly, $#*! you and all that sail in you
I wrote a very clear and thoughtful essay when I was done and went on Grammarly to see what corrections I needed to make. It said I had 11 corrections and that I needed to pay Premium in order to see what they wanted me to correct. They wanted to charge me 10 dollars a month for something I would only use once. If you want your users to be good at writing then don't make them waste their money.
After every song on youtube advertisement GRAMMARLY AND STILL LIKE THAT A FEW MONTHS PLEASE MORE ADVERTISEMENT!
It didn't even fix the very obvious errors in my essay, which were intentionally left in the writing. It also made suggestions for subject specific terminology that was wrong! I'd definietly get a bad grade taking the advice of Grammarly. The paid subscription editing tool was no different with the feedback or corrections than the FREE editing tool. Do not waste your money. Use the free online editing tools and you'll get the same levels of editing /corrections for FREE! Save you money. Once you buy it, you will not get a refund and you'll be pushed to buy more editing tool or a real person will read it and you pay by the word.
I've paid my money but and can't access the product and they don't offer a viable solution.

This company is a complete scam. I just got charged 139.95 for their "premium annual package" (which I never chose) and I don't even have the premium option available. I've tried to send over 20 emails to their "support email" but they just close the request and mark it as "solved" so it can be ignored. This should be illegal. I've reported it to my bank so hopefully it will get resolved.
You are the "Wish" of Grammar: bad product sold thanks to agressive sales ads!

I am never using this server ever again. They charged my money without letting me know. And they don't even have a cancelation option. I am literally mind blown. I hate Grammarly! I sent them a cancelation requested and it was neglected. If anyone is considering using this application, then DON'T. DON'T EVER USE GRAMMARLY!
