2 times now the delivery was at Merrimack Road and not Street when he called that he was outside. We had to tell him how to get here. We are on the same street as the restaurant.The address on line and on the receipt said Street.

You need to show that there is a fee for the service before charging my credit card. There was no mention of a fee nor did it show the total with a fee for placing the order. I will never use this again.
Very nice and intuitive layout. Some hangups on checking the cart and returning back to the menu. When checking out as a guest, noticed that the customer form was slightly delayed and wasnt sure if i needed to refresh or go back. Ended up just needing to wait longer than expected for the form to accept input.

It didn't show whether the tip had gone through until after I placed the order. It's not clear if my tip is going to Grabull, the restaurant, or the driver (I want it to go to the driver). And I want to be able to track the delivery (that doesn't usually happen).
I wish that I could track the order after placement. I would also like to know if all of the tip goes to the driver or is it split between the restaurant and the driver?

Your input fields are weird, you shouldn't have to omit the / - it should just be added automatically. Also, be careful not to put errors on empty textboxes (e.g. Apartment number, try typing "foo" then deleting it and switching to another field) unless the user just hit checkout and they were require

Good experience, ordering my first time ordering I just couldn't see any description of what I was ordering. For a first timer to the restaurant I'm not sure what each item consist of.
