They were very pleasant while assisting with my tax filing, but I overpaid mistakely and they assured me a refund after filing. Despite numerous follow-up calls, they continually made excuses and still haven't issued the refund. They seem fraudulent, and I'm convinced their positive reviews are fake :)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sayeed for my tax filing needs, and I must say, it was an experience worth praising. From start to finish, Sayeed provided exceptional service coupled with a clear and comprehensive explanation of every document and process involved.

Sultan and Abdul has been my tax advisors they did a great job explaining me the whole tax form and filing my tax return, they did my 1099 and my wife's w2 been using them for 4 years now and will definitely recommend them.

They made major mistakes in my filing and found they fraudulently deducted my taxes to show higher returns and charges me $1,000 to pay for my filling.

They are based out it India and not usa based as well. If you give your phone numbers expect continuous spam calls on your phone.

They are very nice while you are talking during filing the taxes. They will take an additional advantages and not going to help you.

I have been filing my taxes with global taxations from the past two years. They have been very helpful. They provided me with step-by-step information. These guys are not pros at what they do, they lack knowledge on proper filing of taxes. This is second year that they have been creating issues for me. The ADP has generated a wrong w2 which ended up deducing taxes on my end. I worked with ADP to fix it & provide GPT with W2 C form to get my money that I don't owe. They have no F**KING clue how to do it. I have been working on this for 2 months & there team is unresponsive and they keep passing on to other team members. Such a $#*!ty company to work with, go for another company for god sake.

This year K. Srilatha helped me file my taxes at the last moment with much appreciated patience and helpfulness throughout the process. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get their taxes done next time.

They will not refund the fees once make the payment for any reason. Initially they are nice in phone call till the payment but if anything you change your mind or any questions, they will not respond. I faced difficult situations with them, it's not trustworthy service.
And the form they not do trust worth and not true check and compare with 2-3 consultants before you make choice.

It's been always nice talking with agent and they provide proper guidance. I liked this and would recommend for others too. The service is very good.
