They charge minimal, but they really take care of your case file. And very transparent. Proper individual to handle taxes. I visited big offices that make you wait and they treat you like " one in a queue type " long time wait's for any question. But i found the best with them over phone things are taken care of.

I think the other negative comments are coming from the competitors. Their service is really good. Their initial estimate matches with the exact return. They also help after tax timings during any course of time in the year with other tax questions. I feel they are best and low cost professionals out there for visa candidates.

The worst company for tax filing. They will regularly call and follow-up till you make payment. Once you do, they will NOT reply to your incessant calls and emails for clarifications on documents. They got my names wrong in the draft documents, like how incompetent can a person be to get that wrong from a W-2?

Global prime texation (gp4tax.com) charged me $330 to re file my tax, they kept on calling me till i paid them the amount. Once i paid them the amount there was no response from them except for sending the draft tax filing report.

I asked for for refund they denied and said it's our business charges.

$330 for nothing.

Don't choose them or recommend them to any one.
