I called to get an EIN number and I did. The representative was informative of what advantages the EIN will provide. Furthermore, he offered me a great deal to receive my EIN right away without hassle. I took the low price deal and received my EIN as promised. Now I am able to proceed with my business.
Your Customer Service person was efficient and pleasant to talk with during this process.
To apply it was very quick and easy. And the turn around to get our EIN was unbelievably fast. I am definitely satisfied.

This website took money for the application of an EIN. The IRS charges nothing and provides a confirmation letter immediately. Your site says it will take 4 week. That is absolutely ridiculous.
Your customer service person was very pleasant but she didn't follow through & never called me back when I told her I was having trouble. I think your so called service is a con to get money out of people who aren't sure how to get the EIN number they need. I should have been informed I could get my # free from the IRS. I'm not happy with your con.

The fee applied was for the service we provide as your authorized third party designee in obtaining an EIN number on your behalf from the IRS. We do not charge for the EIN as it is an IRS generated and assigned number. We apologize if at the time of your visit our services were unclear to you. The confirmation letter or Form CP-575 is an IRS generated letter you receive from the IRS granting your EIN and linking it with your legal business name. 4 weeks is the standard time supplied by the IRS for receiving the CP-575 by mail.
