These flowers lifted my daughters depression... at least for a while

I was surprised it was delivered the day before anniversary date. Would have preferred on the date. Items in basket were enjoyed by the whole family

Lots of choice and site is easy to navigate. The delivery wasn't the company's fault, the delivery company was hacked into and had some issues.

Cool damn you guys live long time i wish should i typing about 100 words? I don't think so.
And she was really like me to hug after get the basket i was happy at that time tho. I have to think positively. Thank you for your feedback.

I used the live chat and Monika was a huge help and an absolute pleasure to speak with. I asked her for something specific and she was totally accommodating and happy to help.

It was easy. Looks yummy and delicious.it was the basket I thought would be good for an elderly lady.

Annoying that there's a charge for 'large message'. Wasn't able to access the 'Live Chat'. I could read operator note, but could not type a message back.

Received a phone call on my above note, and she resolved my issues in gracious fashion.
I am happy with the selections available. I was ordering on behalf of someone else and therefore did not get to speak to the recipients. However, I know they received the baskets in good order and in the time frame provided. I'm told their comment was "We received a very pleasant surprise today. Everyone really enjoyed it". Other than that, I can't speak to the products provided, but they certainly look good on your website!

The suprise got there but it went to the neighbour's home. Thankful they are a small community and know eachother.

I ordered the Magic Easter Egg Gift Basket for my 2 young grandsons to enjoy. At time of ordering I upgraded the basket by $20 in hopes that some of the advertised items would be doubled up so the boys could share (ie the toys advertised). I put this note on the order: "Easy enough site to use. I didn't see a spot that i could add what i would prefer for the extra $20 upgrade. Just wanted to double up on a couple of items in the basket but hopefully it will be sorted. The basket looks great. Thanks!"
Not only did this not happen, but the basket delivered looked NOTHING like what the picture showed of the Magic Easter Egg Basket -what I ordered. Most of the advertised items in the basket - all for kids: note pad and stickers, paints, chocolate eggs, jelly bunnies - were not included.
The basket delivered looked nothing like an Easter basket for children, it looked like a specialty cookie and chocolates basket for adults. No fun colors, no easter eggs or bunnies, paints, toys or activities as advertised. We were very disappointed! It was a lot of money for nothing at all that we would have chosen to send to two little boys. It seems that I cannot attached pictures here (of what was ordered compared to what was delivered) but I will send those under separate email.

I sent a separate email, not satisfied, the basket was not as illustrated.the container not that nice, included a huge bunny but that was not what was wanted, small chick was plenty.

Very easy to follow. If gift is delivered on time great grand son will be thrilled
