I recieved an email saying the order had been shipped but nothing after that. I had to contact the company after 4 days and then I got some correspondence.
So often I've been disappointed with products like this. They rarely show like expected or advertised. The customer service surrounding the build of my baskets was top notch, and the results were exactly as expected. Staff could teach a few companies today, how great Client satisfaction is delivered. Well done!

The basket took a week to arrive but I believe it was do to poor timing on my part because of Christmas being on a Sunday, and Monday and Tuesday being holidays
