Same as other reviews, mad at myself for not checking. Ordered a t-shirt as a birthday gift 5 weeks before the birthday and never received it. Asked for order to be cancelled and they responded that they could not because "Congrats it already shipped!" 8 days later still have not gotten it and their site shows the order is still being processed and has NOT shipped. Absolute scam.
This place has the worst customer service. Their phones don't work, you can only fill in the form and then you get an email response & they screw up my same order twice! And I can't get a refund!

I ordered a shirt AFTER I called to confirm it would arrive by June 9th, this was May 1st. Emailed them today June 1st and they are still "printing" it. They refunded me 10%, which is roughly $4, i will be disputing this charge with my cc company.
Do not do what I did. Made an order for a Senior shirt on May 1st. The shirt has been setting in printing since May 7th. No customer service, very upset, will never do business with them again. Lesson learned.
I wish I had read up on this company ordered a t shirt for my nephews birthday in April so it would be here for his birthday in May and I am still waiting, yet they took the money out of my account the next day. I have tried to get hold of them to cancel the order and get a refund but can not get any contact with the company. Waste of money, makes me so angry that a company can do this to so many people

Ordered a T-shirt on 19th April for 11th May birthday
After seeing 5-15 days for delivery
I emailed them on the 4th May asking when it will be delivered? They refunded 10% for the delay. I cancelled on the 11th May. They shipped on the 15th May it's now 26th May and nothing's arrived and they have an uncaring attitude and won't refund.
I have lost money using this service, don't make the same mistake as me!
I bought him a Quarentine Birthday shirt on March 1 for my birthday in April and the days that they say the merchandise arrives from 5 to 15 working days have passed, I suspended the order for many days of waiting and they did not refund the money of $ 29.94 To pay me they returned $ 2.99 and the fee and shipping was $ 4.99 the truth that they do not serve is the worst service I have had
Terrible company. I bought a "Quarantine Birthday" shirt from them over 30 days in advance of the birthday and it estimated delivery in 7 days. It has now been over 45 days and the shirt still hasn't been received, I just got an email yesterday that they have shipped it. It's completely useless now that his birthday has passed. I emailed about that to the company and they sent me a generic form letter that wasn't even fitting to my complaint. I then responded to it and got another generic letter that (again) wasn't pertinent.
Crappy company that just wants to profit based off of the messed up situation that we are in but doesn't bother with customer service. Don't give them any of your money, they don't deserve it. Avoid this company.
I wish I had read the rebviews before I ordered! I am so mad. I ordered a Tshirt on April 22dn 2020. The money was taken out of my account the next day. I have send an emali regardig the delay 2 wks ago and I was told I will get my oreder in a week is May 18th and still waiting, I wanted to cancel my order but is imposible because you can't contact anyne. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR THEM! You will loose your time and probably your money. I wanted to give them a Zero review.
I placed an order for a t shirt on April 17th, it's now May 16th and when I try to inquire as to what's taking so long, all I can get is robo message giving lame excuses of Corona virus delays. I can't talk to anyone, and I'm sure that's by design. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!
I placed order on April 13th, for a t-shirt and a covid mask. It is now May 15th and it has not shipped yet. The website states their shipping time 14-21 days. Communication is through Email only and response is automated delay tactic. I contacted them via email on May 2nd and they sent a generic automated response with a 10% refund and a statement 'please be assured that our production team is working as quickly as possible to fulfill your order'. I checked today, it still has not shipped and I am considering calling my CC company and disputing the charge. VERY DISAPPOINTED
I gave gossgear.com another chance to do the right thing and they failed again. They promised to deliver a tee shirt for my daughter's birthday by April 28th. It is now April 30th and it has still not been delivered. They said that it is in production and could not be refunded. You cannot trust gossgear.com. Apparently they don't think that their promises matter.
They promised to have an item delivered by yesterday. It was a birthday present. I tried to cancel the order when it was not delivered on time but they said it was in production and could not be canceled. If it is still in production it will probably be a week or more late. In summary they promised one thing (delivery in time for a birthday) and when they failed to deliver they would not allow me to cancel the order. You cannot trust gossgear.com
