I ordered face masks from this company before checking reviews. That was a mistake. While I did receive my order in a decent time frame, the product is not worth the price. The print on the mask is not centered. When you put it on, you cannot read the words. The pleats on the sides are also not centered, which adds to the problem of not being able to read the words. The point of getting a mask with words is for others to be able to read it. The material is also a scratchy polyester type, not a soft cotton like other masks I have bought. Do NOT buy masks from this company.

Youre company has failed to deliver the face masks I ordered within the 3 - 5 buisness days as ADVERTISED. Your company has charged my bank account $118.65 and I have yet to revieve my masks! Order #RL-*******-*******.
I will give your company 48 hours to give me communications back reguarding my order or I will report to BBB FRAUD HOTLINE. Any response will be appreciated.
I understand the Covid-19 epidemic has created havic on Alot of companies, that being said I paid for my masks... where are they!?

They say it will ship in 3-5 days. They're LIARS! Go elsewhere. They're very dishonest. You can't get in touch with no one. They'll take your money claiming your item will ship in 3-5 days. You're lucky if you get it in 2 months. Customer service is non existence.

After waiting for my order to change from order received to order printing, it's been well over the 2 weeks after I placed my order and my Masks should have been here by now! I tried to call nothing, no option for customer service representatives or any person. I've put in a request for cancel and refund and received an email saying that the order is in processing and can't be canceled. After responding, to them, same robotic answer. I told them I'll be reaching out to people in higher places when it comes to online ordering scams, which I'll do tomorrow. I have plenty of evidence for a scammer case. With thanks to these reviews and screenshots. I told them I want a valid phone number and this issue resolved by morning. So far no other emails have come through. I'll check in the morning.

Do not bother! I always read reviews and forgot on this occasion and have been stung because I didn't! Ordered on May 20th for a June 16th birthday and it is still not here. Put in a dispute with PayPal suddenly they can email me personally! My item has not even been shipped yet so I told them to keep it and refund it. Apparently my item is customised so until I receive it I cannot get a refund as I will need to send it back! It is not customised it is a generic t-shirt they sell! I said well I do not need it now birthday has gone and want money. Repeated the custom comment again and the fact it is printed immediately after the order is placed! Y question back as to why I had not received it yet then if the process was so quick has still not been answered. Very disappointing!

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter's birthday. The website said 5-15 days so I guessed it would be a couple of days late at the most. SIX WEEKS LATER, there is still no sign of it. Apparently it was shipped 10 days ago but I have no idea where it is and only get generic email responses. Just don't go here... There are better and far cheaper around. Nearly £40 totally wasted. Seriously - What use is a dated birthday gift a couple of months late.

I ordered a quarantine mask and hoodie for my grandson on April 23rd 2020. It was suppose to take 10 days/ 2 weeks to get here. After 3 weeks I started emailing and got the excuse that due to Covid. I was told that it had been delivered but when I proved to them that it wasn't the gave me 50% off the mask but did not mention the hoodie. I finally called my credit card company, fraud division, and then two days later I received the mask but no hoodie. I got a notice yesterday that the hoodie is going to be delivered by next Monday. When I replied to gossgear I noticed that they blocked my email. These people are either terrible business people or just $#*!s.

Ordered shirt, Payment to them was received from my account. Never received shirt. Have not been able to contact company for verification or refund.
