Everything was great except delivery could have been a little faster, maybe email confirmation that package was shipped with tracking number like Amazon.
Your site did not load, it was not clear if this meter will fit in my Type 3R meter base, then I got an error when I clicked add to cart that said the item number was not found, then I reloaded everything and it worked, so I checked out, then I signed up for an account and found myself logged in to my new account, but my basket was empty now, so then I searched the site for "milbank meter" and nothing came up, so I had to go back to google and find the meter again and then checkout. Now I was signed in and able to check out, but when I hit the final submit page, it just hung for days. I got an email confirming my order before the confirmation page loaded.
Overall great experience. Shipping could be quicker but I'm a homeowner doing my own work so not in a real hurry. My question was answered quickly. Prices were great.
