How can I get free shipping?
Everything we did, from finding parts on the website, placing order, getting confirmation, receiving shipping notice to the actual receipt of the products had been smooth seamless. Our only regret was finding loose hardware inside the box of Leviton parts which indicated there were broken plastic bags on some units, letting hardware come loose. Also meant some units will be missing needed hardware.
Everything went very well. The product was slightly damaged from deliver but did not affect its installation or operation.
I had some difficulty trying to back track to correct my billing address. That was my only problem. It is still wrong, but my order seems to have gone through.
Slow to get it shipped: The order took 5 days to ship from your warehouse, which these days seems very slow. Then I had chosen to ground ship - I knew that would not be fast, but I had not figured it would take you guys 5 days to get it out of your warehouse. So overall, shipping was much slower than I had planned.
I don't have the whole thing installed yet, but it does seem to be as expected.
