Ordering was easy... much easier than finding someone who sold the switch cover I wanted on the internet. The order took 2 weeks to ship as stated in checkout but that was fine. Would use thid company again. What I bought was made and sold in America.

Found the hard to locate bulbs and they were the exact match.

We received very fast service and exactly what we needed to do the job right!

Ordered EMT conduit bodies and didn't get them when I thought I should so I called. Was told they were backordered and would be 2-3 weeks away, but to my surprize they showed up in a few days. Helped out a bunch.

OK. I ordered 2 black duplex faceplates with one side blank.
One of the faceplates was missing the black mounting screws. Not great quality control of material shipped.
Now I have to go find black mounting screws somewhere...

Looked all over for this prduct at a reasonable price and Gordons had it. Ordered 2. Thank you for having what we needed and sending it out so fast.

The on-line order process was easy with no glitches. When the order arrived we counted multiple times and order was short by qty. 4. Called customer service, friendly staff and no hassle to get short order sent. Received short order and found that are square not octagon and packing slip specifically states "octagon". Calling customer service for return and correct product.

Bad not received yet 4 weeks. I had to call to find this out. You e-mailed me to find this out. You didn't know? Terrible. Told hey were getting item this fri i would get 5-7 business days after that. Aked for faster delivery was told no. Very bad experience.would not reccommend.

Good experience in making a return. I would have liked to know upfront there was a restocking fee but I would have returned the product anyway. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly.
