Great customer service, accurate and timely order.

The order came in a timely manner and the items were exactly what we needed. This was an order for which incorrect items were send the first time and customer service did a good job of helping correct the error and get the right items sent.

Very good, but the fan cost more than I anticipated.

Need to let customers know when order ships and notification of tracking link. I had to call company to get tracking number

You need to communicate as to when an order is shipped, like with a confirmation and tracking number. I ordered and received no indication the item shipped until it showed up at my door. And now you want me to verify if I received the shipment. Communication, communication! Try it. It might garner a better rating, at least from me.
