I was very happy with the product unfortunately it was the wrong product my bad I had to send it back and it cost me $41 to send it back I really don't think I will be ordering from this website anymore the product was nice the price was OK but if it doesn't fit it doesn't work the restocking in shipping charges are ridiculous

Website easy to navigate and prices are good, but order status and tracking information are not available online which would be very helpful. Also phone support is very good, but we are on the west coast and can't get anyone after 2 pm our time.

Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong part for my refrigerator but when I went to request the RMA on June 12th, I was contacted immediately but since then I have not heard back from GSM with an RMA number.
