Excellent prices on electrical products
Really appreciated the pictures to confirm the part needed. Received the order on time and it was perfect. Called to order additional parts.
Very easy to navigate. The link from Amazon.com no longer works.
Items shown are sometimes not in stock. Place the order thinking they have it then get a call a little while later letting you know it will be a couple weeks out.
Simple to order online and received prompt delivery of my order which was exactly what I ordered. It also saved me two trips to a not so local supplier.
Product part # was not in your data base. You required an "S" in front of the part number making it hard to find on your web site.
Secondly, the check out process required me reviewing the pages I filled out twice. I sincerely hope I have not ordered the same product two times...

Shipping is too expensive
Clean straight forward. Looked for a specific item and found it with a good price through Google. Tried to verify my order as charge on Credit Card and email did not identify product I purchased. Took some time, online orders are a mystery to all but one person to verify what I purchased. I needed to know so I didn't purchase the same product again as I did not write down if I had ordered the item. Finally worked it out, but had to call 3 times before the correct person was available and then the person was surprised no one else could have accessed the information easily.
