I did have one problem with the heat fan. The original was on a 3-prong plug. The new one was on a standard two-prong. To have outlets for the light and fan, I had to splice the old fan plug onto the new one. No biggie. Maybe the model that I have was not one of the two it said this went with.
Site easy to understand. Easy to find items. However, the "manufacturer's info" link that would give more info was broken for this particular product.
Would have preferred that you accept Discover Card

The only thing that I was a little dissatisfied with was that there was no "Item Shipped" notification or tracking number for me to be aware that the item was shipped. I didn't know till it arrived. No big deal just would have been nice to know!

After I got my item identified, it took me time to find my cart to check out. I realized I had to set up an account. Received my order on Wed. 12/4 as indicated on your message. Going to keep your ID in my file. Might need something later on that I cannot get locally. Norman Wingler
No problems with using the web site.
Answer: They offer refunds but will scam you of your time -- they put literally every electrical part to ever exist on their website and sell it to you... then they try and order it from the manufacturer. They sell you items that they don't have.
