It seems like my orignal order was not shipped until i contateced gorden some ten days later.

Gordon had a great price and delivery was faster than I expected. Would definately buy from them again.

The only problem I had was when I placed the order, it was not indicated that the item was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer which added extra time to delivery. A pre-notification with estimated delivery would be good.

The heater blower operates at a very loud noise - and vibrates when in use - I am going to re-check installation and let you know if I think the squirrel cage blower is out of balance for some reason - hopefully it will be ok. Thank you!
