UPS shipment required customer signature. Future orders should not require a signature. Often causes a delay, two days in this instance.

I didn't find the Tel and blank ss plates through your site but they showed up in google. Maybe they are mislabeled in your system and didn't show up when looking on the Leviton product page.

It was great, I found the part I needed immediately by simple putting in the part number.

Called 800 number with one question which was promptly answered so I then placed the order online.

Item poorly packed and received damaged - all bent up.

Was easy to find the motor that claimed it would replace the bad motor that I have.
