Item price was great, shipping price was not then it was 3 weeks till i got item, for the $10.00 shipping of a item the size of a bottle cap i should have had it in 10 days or less.
So far so good. Hope the brown is the same brown in color that I purchased from another source (same mfg and model #)

Delivery seemed to take longer than I thought it should and I base this on Items that I purchased thru the internet after the purchase from Gordonelectric and received them before I received the items from Gordonelectric. Especially since it was a small order.

First order with you. Will see how it turns out. Need to find an alternative shipping to UPS. USPS Priority mail will get small packages to customers at a much more cost effective price
I have some minor problems with the item I purchased - but let me state for the record that none of my problems had anything to do with Gordon Electric Supply - but solely with the original manufacturer of the product. I state that Gordon Electric was responsive - on top of my order - and delivered same to me in a timely fashion (though it is a bad time of year for mail order - holidays!)
I do not expect to have need of their services any time in the near future - but should the occasion arise, I would have no concerns about dealing with them again. Their service was quite satisfactory!

I ordered a specialty item. I was notified by the next day that the item would have to be back ordered and it would be 4 weeks. I approved the transaction. The item came in a little earlier than the estimate. There was some confusion about delivery from the shipping company. I called Gordonelectricsupply and the issue was resolved within an hour. All in all I am very satisfied with doing business with this company.
