Turned out I couldn't use the part, it required preprogramming to run my machine. This was the fault of the machine distributer we purchased the machine from. They told me it would work off the shelf and I could purchase direct from any third party. Found out only after I ordered from Gordon that it would not work. Had to purchase from the distributor, the preprogramed part and then sent part I received from Gordon to them for credit.

My experience with Gordon Electric was great. I was having difficulty finding the particular item I needed from others and I tried Gordon E and they had it available. Shipping was very timely and we missed no time on the install.

One of the bulbs was broken. Did not look like it was packed very well.
Great service and delivery time
I was greatly pleased to find the units. I had ordered one several years ago from another source but they no longer had them. Thank you, it is much easier to replace the motor assembly than the whole unit.
