Went well hope part fits my needs,Ive replaced motor in this assembly but the motor was from china and very noisey now I'm replaceing entire assembly (motor wasn't from your company) Replaced entire assembly from Gordon electric supply and all is ok, up and running

Product was as expected. Delivery time was good. Shipping was a little high.
Turned out I couldn't use the part, it required preprogramming to run my machine. This was the fault of the machine distributer we purchased the machine from. They told me it would work off the shelf and I could purchase direct from any third party. Found out only after I ordered from Gordon that it would not work. Had to purchase from the distributor, the preprogramed part and then sent part I received from Gordon to them for credit.
