Very smooth buying process.

I was satisfied with the product and pricing and availability was great.

Shipping and handling page is a bit confusing since there are only 3 prices, and the rest is collect with no prices. I am satisfied with the other I placed. The bulbs are the right size and that's all that matters.

Quick arrival

This company is the worst. 3 weeks so far and still dont have my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!

No real comments to make

Would have liked to receive an email with shipment info (that item had shipped, tracking number, etc.). Other than that, all good.

Ordered a meter box a month before my project was suppose to start, thought that would give them plenty of time to get it here. Been and month and they keep pushing the estimated shipping date back.

Easy and good price

I worked with Greg - after waiting a week, I emailed and asked for status - no response - I sent a second email - no response
I had to call and ask about order status
No answer but emailed shortly thereafter saying they would ship in 5-1/2 weeks from the initial order date.
I had to call to cancel th order and ask for a refund.
Talk about making you WORK to get an answer! Unacceptable service

The part was ordered 8/11/20 and delivered 8/25/20. I contacted Gordon Electric twice for expected delivery and tracking information and received no response to either inquiry.

As usual quick and easy

Nice website and I talked to several people over the phone as well, who were all very helpful, professional, and it was all in a timely matter.
