Received part of the order with no explanation as to why not all came. I assume the last piece was back ordered. Would be nice to know what is going on with it and how long before it arrives.
The communications with Gordon Electric are fantastic. I tried getting the product from a different supplier initially but, after 28 days with no communication from the other vendor, I ordered from Gordon. The first email from Gordon came within minutes of placing the order. Sixteen days later, the item arrived. Great job by Gordon Electric. Thank you.
