Service is great and so is the product. I do feel compelled to mention that specifically my product upon arrival was not what I thought I purchased. The Picture on the website shows my product with a top cover and upon calling customer service I was informed that the cover plate is sold separately. It would be nice to have a visible warning to let customers know. In My case the extra plate sold separately is six times more expensive than what I originally bought.

I ordered and received 4 Walker 895T electrical floor box covers. Unfortunately, they were not the correct size. No fault of Gordon Electric. The return process was easy and I am awaiting a credit to my account.

Initial Comment: GTG Appreciate the Customer Support too. Confirmed Stock and Tax Exempt (US Gov't order) - Doug

Post Receipt Comment: Overall Highly satisfied.
1. The Product was perfect, and exactly what we needed; had to match the receptacle from the same Mfg. We already had.
2. I'd ordered & had (2) GSA Vendors cancel orders on me.
- Found you online as a Commercial option & your Price beat all GSA Vendors.
3. Only Suggestion: I had to go online to printed off my Invoice, but it would be nice to get one emailed to me as most of our Vendors do.
- I need them to reconcile my purchases each month, and I save copies electronically in.pdf format.
