When the shipment came to me, I realized the wrong product had been ordered. I have tried unsuccessfully to return the order. When I call, I am directed to go to a link in an email, which I never received. When I call to explain I can't use the link, I am told on-line orders cannot be handled over the phone. Poor customer service.
