Cumbersome process of finding products. Unless you have an exact part number, it is difficult to find it here. Product descriptions lacking. Prices generally good but shipping reduces the benefit. Difficult to determine the optimum order size before shipping bumps up. Tried to set up an account but some sort of login error kept occurring. This was first time purchasing here so a bit wary. More finesse on this website would generate more purchasing confidence. They shipped the products promptly and I received them within a reasonable period of time.
Products at a good price (well below Amazon!) and delivered as promised. Would like to see shipping costs trimmed but still a good buy.
