I paid over $200 for overnight delivery of 6 parts (that were in stock according to the website)
Two of the parts came the next day.
I had to make a call and a follow up email before I was given the status of the rest of my order.
The rest of the parts came a week after I ordered them.

Was happy to find the exact (hopefully) sized hurricane lamp glass needed to finish a rustic chandelier at a great price. Followup to previous: Received replacement lamp globe, one of the set of 6 globes (a manufacturing oops) had a slightly enlarged lip on the base and wouldn't fit easily into the lamp base. Customer service promptly sent a replacement, no questions asked and it arrived in 2 days! Great customer service and outstanding shipping and handling, all fragile items were extremely well packed and arrived in undamaged condition. Thanks!
