Purchased items which were falsely advertised on the website. Would not shop here again and would not recommend to anyone. Slow service, expensive shipping, not worth it.
They had what we were looking for and at a reasonable price, but never got a confirmation email that my order was shipped, or the correct tracking number
Ordered product on Sept. 1st and after three telephone calls and being lied to twice, Margaret in customer service located my purchase at another location in Illinois and had them ship to me quickly. The first two customer service calls, I was told the item shipped, and the UPS tracking number was unavailable for me to have. I even telephoned on Sept. 1st, and was told the item was in stock before I purchased on-line. Terrible communication; would never recommend Gordon Electric.

It's so great when you can order an item and be able to check out as a guest. These sites that require a one-time buyer to set up an account just so they can order a few things make people look elsewhere, such as your place to make their purchase.
