Very easy although I called 800 # to verify these lights are returnable if the size is wrong and was told yes if they have not been used. Your invoice states non-refundable. I'm purchasing based on what I was told. Very good service

Easy to order, good prices. When I wrote to Greg in my email, at the time of purchase, it was late afternoon and I informed him that my Wife was eager to get her exhaust fan back in operation again with the part I ordered. He made sure it shipped out that day for one day delivery. It was less than a $30.00 purchase but the service I got would have indicated I spent 100X that amount.
