Overall good experience
Shipping was expensive, almost as much as the item, snf it was slow to arrive.
I am a very small fish in the bowl, an individual, not a company, but was a little disappointed with the shipping time. In the world of Amazon Prime we expect everything in 2 days! LOL I was very happy with price and quality. I would definitely buy from Gordon Electric Supply again!
Hard to find part at a very affordable price
Product was ordered on Jan 23. Online description stated 'usually ships in 5-7 days.' Charges posted to my credit card on Jan 23. On Feb 4 I emailed a status update request but it was never answered. Product shipped Feb 6 and I received it on Feb 8.
Most helpful staff. I had to call for a return and Margaret was great help.
Ordered parts for ups second day delivery. Was never notified that the items order were not in stock. Took well over a week to get parts. Not a deal breaker but better communication with me on this would have been great. We are in Hawaii and getting parts in a timely manner and in good condition is important to us.

EASY SMOOTH TRANSACTION
Website crashing had to submit order 3x before it accepted. Website accepted quantity of 3 filters, but when I check with CS they said only had 2 in stock.
Once received, I was very pleased to see that the part I ordered was an exact OEM-part and not a reproduction or remanufactured item.
What impressed me more about ordering from this site were the several 'updates'- emails I received regarding my order. Since my repair was dependent on receiving this part, that information allowed me to schedule my work properly.

On the 14 day wheel one of the pegs came out when I tried to adjust the watering day but it seems I was able to reinstall.

Even though your site didn't have exactly what I was looking for it did have an option that I was able to use.
The item I ordered by the information and picture that I seen was not the item I received, but was the same receptacles I was needing. Also, even though the product I ordered was a somewhat unique item the price was very extreme.
If I was looking for an item that I was needing I would still search your site as well as I would search other sites to find that item and would find the best deal, but I probably won't go to your site first because of the prices and the false information I got for what I ordered.
