They suspended my business profile without so much as an email notice. We started a google ad campaign and less than a week later, our business profile is suspended, invisible to our customers. Why would you screw someone who just started spending money on your company? Our account had been up for more than two years without any changes so I can't understand why it would be suspended now. We submitted a reinstatement request a week ago. I still have not heard anything back. Why does google hate small businesses? Can't share a piece of the pie? I'm losing business! I actually had a regular customer call and ask if we were still in business because they couldn't find us on google! What a nightmare! They are stealing all that I have worked to accomplish. They are an evil monopoly. They don't even have a phone number that I can call.

There is no support live chat so I am trying to reach someone by phone. Currently on hold for hours. I need access to my account - they locked me out due to security reasons (which I understand, but how can I get in now?). I tried their help pages but they are of NO help. Google does not care about their customers. Worst company of all, even Yahoo customer service is better. Contrary to popular belief, GOOGLE SUCKS. I know Google won't care about my review, but if at least 100 people see this, I'm satisfied.

I own a lawn care and google suspended my account with out explanation of why in the beginning of my season in the economy we are in.
I appealed still no reply no direct answer as to why it even happened.
I've been a life long Google customer but I'm going to build my company listing on other platforms that don't suspend ones account with no explanation, or even a reply but I get spam calls daily to pay to put my company to the front of searches rather than because of my suspended 5 star 7 year old company.

They have no moral compass. I wish there was an alternative platform. Their customer service is a joke. The google my business is joke. Google maps is a joke. The only worse company is Ring Central.
If someone wants to f*$k up my business all they have to do is write a defaming review, even though they have never actually done business, and Google allows them to do that. I have read that you cannot sue Google, but I am going to anyway.

Unfortunately my nail technician of 20 plus years stop caring about her customers. After 20 plus years of faithful business to this establishment, they opted to punish their customers by providing poor service. Although I am puzzled about why this company suddenly changed or lowered its standards of business and service to long time customers, I am forced to withdraw my support and business from Le Nails. They not only treated my with disdain but also my friends and colleagues that I referred.

I am very disappointed by the way I have been treated by this establishment. If you ever feel like your money isn't appreciated by a person or business, trust that what you're feeling is true.

If you are African American, LeNails doesn't want your business.

It's interesting that most of the mailing addresses in the Google.com domain ownership registration are "redacted for privacy". And yet Google continues to publish my current/historical address information without my approval and dispite my explicit privacy request (opt-out) to Persopo (a Google information service which gathers information about people from public sources, and places that compiled data into a single easy-to-access site). My information is absent from a Persopo specific search, but a Google search still shows it. It's been several weeks since my opt-out request to Google's information business.

Without this website, I don't know what I would do! Yahoo sucks, Opera GX and Firefox just aren't available on Chromebook, and Duckduckgo is blocked at school (and it also sucks)! There is a large chance that you are on Google too!

Florida Window and Door is the worst Company I have Ever hired. After waiting 10 months for 13 CGI promised windows a unmarked vehicle shows up with installers. It has been 6 weeks of 4 attempts to properly install DIFFERENT manufactured ( not CGI) windows with thousands of dollars in damages. The customer service is poor, alot of false advertisement, I was charged R20k more than what I saw on their ad for 2rooms and a garage. After the director and I negotiated the amount I was charged he promised that my material will be delivered in 2days but its been a month and they haven't delieverd all the material and when I call in take question the delay the director started answering with a rude tone and gave me excuses about the weather and hung up on me. Now my project is on hold and its almost 2 months now, If you want great service I advise you go to Jada Hardware. Best services and they value their clients.

You should make it known before you start making your resume that you'll have to pay to download it. I would've made it without the help of Resume Now had I known. I also had an issue while working on the skills section where everything written would simply disappear at random. Aside from that I like how simple and easy the resume making process was and I like the way mine came out.

I decided to make a purchase on google shopping with its Google guarantee. I hot the wrong item no seller contact info. I was able to return the item never opened the box. I was told I would be refunded less than what I paid. I contacted Google they couldn't provide any info why and told a couple times I was being referred to a specialist. I never hot the refund amount stated, I requested the full refund. My reading google guarantee indicated no reason why I wouldn't get full refund as it was the seller's fault. Google support never could tell me about their guarantee told me there was a glitch with my refund. Now I had to set up a payoneer account, register provide proof of ID then wait provide proof of address wait. Then wait for a card with refund. Google had no problem taking my money from PayPal linked bank card but couldn't just put it back. All my info legit and unchanged. What a primitive service. Mercari ebay amazon streamline easy no headache shopping experience and effortless returns... I feel like Google put me to work to get my money back. Very poor experience will never use google shopping again. I will stick with the pros never again amateur Google shopping.
