Just about anyone that has access to the Internet knows about Google. They provide a large number of online services including their infamous Search engine and their online email service. Since 2004 I have been a Google user as I have always found other search engines to be inferior to the results I would find on their search engine. The email service they provided worked a lot better than competing free email services and was actually better for searching and indexing than paid services at the time.
Over the past 5 or so years I have noticed that the search results are quite biased in the sense that they tailor the results to your interests. This can lead to a negative impact on the results as users are more likely to see information that confirms their own opinions rather than providing them with contradictory information which can help them form a more educated opinion. Google has also expanded the information they collect on their users in order to give their advertisers more information about their audiences.
Google, and by extension Alphabet, has expanded into so many different types of markets including mobile phones. As a result, it can be quite difficult to avoid the eye of Google. Overall they provide a good service to their users, but a lot of decisions over has reduced the usability of their online services and they further isolate privacy-minded individuals with business decisions that make you question whether or not they have strayed away from their original ethics.
I tried a service for $2.95, and then realized I'd just signed up for a monthly service I do NOT need or want. Tried to cancel three times within four days of signing up, and the company has not even responded to my emails. Filed a dispute with PayPal. Ridiculous. Scam.

I would advise to be very careful on any information with negative shade you may accidentally reveal about yourself on websites, they have taken to this habit of showing up in all search engine search results and whats worse STAYING for a while before you decide to bury it., u'd think they'd clear up if you change on website, no baby but some monster has taken the neverbefore existed keys and want us all to freshly crack knuckles when we nicely and appreciably avoided it all and relaxing our way
So before you post some "rubbed on your head bad things" thinking you should be truthful to the employing community or thinking you can remove it all later think twice because these days they are STAYING in the search results for more time than it takes for someone important to notice and attempts and help on part of websites to clear them off doesnot matter to anything

I purchased a SW called Plumbytes. I did not see anything about automatic renewal when purchasing the product, nor that it was for only 6 months. It has a semi-annual renewal and I did not see that anywhere when I purchased the product. The payment was made through SafeCart.
SafeCart did send a notice for renewal until 3 days BEFORE renewal. Thanks for the heads up, yeah right.
I had to go to the PayPal web site, and then cancel the subscription to the Plumbytes SW payment through SafeCart and then request a refund from Plumbytes.

Safe Cart told me your refund has been delayed for 10 days for complaing to pay pal,
I never autherized this in the first place, stay well clear, Iwould be jailed for the same thing, it is called theft.
They took out a charge a day early! Before I was able to cancel... Then I call for a refund, the refuny goes through 3 days later and another charge is taken out that evening! Called them to explain and she was EXTREMELY rude! Told me "that was impossible" but no. I'm not stupid. I looked at my bank statements AND adding up the money/charges... And they totally did take out another charge! Wtf.
Is SafeCart really safe? There are so many people with so many negative stories about the site. Surely they cannot be all making up those stories? If the SafeCart were a genuine set up someone representing them should respond to the contributor of those with various complaints of fraud.
