The incompetency of Google support knows no bounds. Three weeks ago applied for a replacement phone ( my pixel 4 XL died). Google confirmed the order and told me that the phone will be delivered in two days. First forward till now and still don't have a phone. Everyday they send me an email telling me that a team is working on it. They have no idea whats happening with the phone. They told me thata specialist team is working on the case but they can't figure out why the phone hasn't arrived. They tried to apologise by giving me store credit. However, they couldn't even get that right. It does not work. They can't even apologise properly.

Google is one of the best SE where any can search and find everything he/she wants. To use Google services, just open the google.com on your browser and search that you want to find from internet.

This type of behavior should worry everyone..

Battery was twice as expensive as it should of been. The delivery was two days beyond the time I was told. After receipt the insturction said two hours of charde... this was false... 15 mins was more than enough. So basically nothing good except after the charge it did work fine in my mower.

Yet again I cannot leave a bad review about any company on google yet when I leave a 5 star review it gets published instantly. Google are trying to become richest in world so all they do is write good reviews for companies that pay them money. Google reviews waste of time reading.

I never tough that susch a big comany like google would not offer customer service when the system suspend your google my business after doing business for over 6 years there is no help at all if your google my business profile gets suspended I wrote to them more that 7 times on the same issue and all I get its do a reinstatement form wish I have done it 7 times if you can stay away from google or take your domain to a diferent host do so or your loose your online presence like I did I am taking my domains to another hosting company because once they suspend your google my busines profile they also disable your web page. I have been waiting 6 months and nothing.

Used for about 20 years. Do no evil was essential but once that was removed then it has been a scourge on society.

Censored and selected content. A lot of pushed advertising based on selling your data.

Irresponsible as some people are especially vulnerable and google lets unscrupulous sellers take their money.

I get it. Google is usually a third party and claims innocence. Perhaps legally for now but not morally or ethically.

The law will eventually catch up.

In today's world you would hope things would be easier and great customer service. Impossible to contact a real person, numbers posted non working... and the mini nest is a joke. To be blunt stupid, along with anything thing you might rely on don't do it. It's a child's toy no support just lame evasive responds from device. I just laugh at it now

I am the owner for the GMB page for Redondo Mitsubishi. We have attempted to correct our Sunday Hours appearing in GMB Page to 10:00am - 7:00 pm which has been our hours every since our opening in October 2020. We go in and change them to the correct times only to have them revert back to stating open from 10:00 am - 10.30 am on Sundays?

I am the owner of the page and make these changes, who, why and how do my hours get changed back to the incorrect hours. There is no way to speak to a live human being and google doesn't respond to my emails that have been sent?

All we want is for our hours to be corrected without getting calls letting us know that our store hours are showing that we are closed. This cost our company financially in lost revenue opportunity and needs to be fixed once and for all.
