They use the bait and switch strategy. Offers you tickets at a lower price but guess what in few hours you'll get and email saying those tickets were no longer available and they'll offer you different seats which are priced originally the price you have paid and there is a chance of another change but you can't cancel your order basically telling you (you're stuck with it now). Pretty cool trick they use...

Purchased tickets on this site. Traveled from out of state to event only to find out my tickets were no good. The original buyer was able to get a refund, scamming me out of $100+. Tried contacting customer service and got no response or resolution. Take caution when ordering through Goodseats.com

Easy to buy, but transferring tickets to flash seats is very confusing. The transaction does not feel very secure.
