I had a very bad experience with noice service... I am using noice colorfit pulse grand watch which on launch date they showed it like 4000 rs n half hour sale first order will be of 2100... Even at this day it's original price is just 2100 n it was a big scam u should be ashamed of ur scams also I got my watchback after servicing with broken box and not even my complaint was solved... Also they took 1 month for service and did not fix my watch not even replaced it's like they just crushed the box and sent it back... V poor service
If we get defective product from noise there is no option for refund, for replacement also they will take more than 10 days and they will not provide any update regarding the status, worst service and customer support.
They do not have parts in stock ever. Don`t buy any noise product. Look is good but the service is damn poor
I have bought a smart watch from gonoise website on 3. 9. 2022 and I have made an advance payment on the same day gonoise has not shipped my ordered product after a week and didn't give any information to me after how many days I will receive my product.
The Ultra Buzz watch was gifted to my son. It gave the best performance for 2 months, but later on, performance fell off after 3 months. Now he is using this smartwatch as a normal LED watch.
100% BATTERY DRAIN OUT WITHIN 4 TO 5 HOURS WITHOUT USING ANY ALERTS, CALLS, or NOTIFICATIONS.
How can the company stay with the improper technical specifications for the battery & overall performance? Why launch this product before testing it.?
A total waste of money and time. So, you are at a loss to get good value for money. Don't buy it. This product is a total waste of money. And time.

After a month of use my NOISE ULTRA BUZZ SM... Found Below observations
1- Battery Life with calling feature - 4 Days
2- Battery Life more then 8 to 10 days - without call with all functions enabled... found Great battery Life.
3- Charging Time is less not more then 45 min for full charge
4- Steardy Look & feel
5 - Lightweight and Design is amazing similar to Apple watch...
Overall found ths new replacement watch a greatful to my son.
Thanks again to NOISE team for providing a proper support

They have literally cheap products that last 1 or 2 months. And the customer support is the worst. So please be aware of this SCAM.
Don't purchase anything from noise website. If you cancel any order you will not get any refund.

I ordered noise ear buds VS102 it's one bud is defective and not charging let's see if they exchange it or not.
I ordered one smartwatch from their official noise website. The product name was noise smartwatch ultra 2. Due to some reasons I refused to accept the order at the time of delivery. I don't even know that the package was carrying the same product or not. I have already paid the amount as it was a prepaid order. Since I have refused the delivery they haven't provided me any information or update regarding my refund. I have sent them so many email but I got no response from them they also have a customer service support number but its of no use trust me. Its been one month now and I still have no idea that will I going to get back my 5k from them or not. In simple words what all I can say is just don't ever make a mistake to purchase any of their products from their official website as they don't know the meaning of professionalism or how to serve a customer. I had such a pathetic experience from them that I can't even make another mistake to recommend their products.
Kindly refund my money you send me poor product to me and if you not refund my money i send you legal notice and post the bad reviews on your product you guys cheat me I want my money back Kindly answer me asap.?
I had purchased Noise smart watch which has an problem with the control button(details given in email). It has been 10 days since I logged the complaint/Ticket No: ******* but still there is no resolution. I am now frustrated with just following up with you for my smartwatch rectification. I do not have any other option and I am now so upset that i have taken this issue to online mode. I am very disappointed the service which has not even happene. If this is how you treat your valuable customers I will never recommend Noise brand. I hope you take this seriously as I am very disappointed with all that has happened till now.

I purchased noise watch from vijay sales, it is defective, within 07 days. Kindly check before purchase and dont take vijay sales bcoz they are not responsible for noise company.
I just received my new AirBuds Mini & Airbuds+ from Noise, the new Indian Brand with a series of music headphones, earphones, and smartwatches. Previously, I had Purchased 2 Smart Watches and a Noise Shots from Noise and I had a great experience with that. I am still using them and they just work perfectly.
However recently I had placed an order for a couple of AirPods from Noise and they have arrived today and I would like to pen down my thoughts on these products. Firstly, they look amazing. The build quality is really great. The finishing is high-end and the product is quite sturdy. It fits perfectly on the ears.
Coming to the sound quality, I was surprised to see how well balanced the Bass and the Treble are, which are rare and only available in high-end devices. The sound quality is just perfect and has a feel of surround sound to it. The Bluetooth connectivity is fast and there is no lagging also.
Overall this is a fantastic product specially for the price at which it is available. I also feel proud that this is a Make-in-India initiative and a solid one at that.
I would highly recommend this product to everyone. I am a music lover and I am literally blown away by the quality of this product. Keep up the great work!
2 times Complaint regarding low noise and quality issue(Case has some scratches and dark patches and which is looks old) has been raised on buds play. No proper response from team.
When ever we ask for exchange this defect product. Noise team sending again same old defect product. We are following up with noise team since 1 and half month. Still no resolution.

Only one of it is working and the ither one is useless. Received an faulty product. I have just opend the package today after i recived and this issue happend. Such ridiculous worst experience. Don't buy noise products not worth money.

I got a defect product Noise Colorfit Pro 3 smart watch. But they are not ready to refund the money, they only repair the product and return. And not to send a new product as the issue noticed and reported on the same day it received. Bad customer care support. Please don't go for Noise product. Better you buy from Amazon or Flipkart for replacement and return. Don't buy from Noise website.
The customer service cannot get any worse. First of all the product, product is so bad that it automatically gets broken and fixes automatically. One day it did not get fixed, I then went on the noise website: gonoise.com to find that the service centres mentioned are not picking up the phone. I then registered an online complaint. After a primary level troubleshooting by the team noise, the product did not get fixed, so them I was given the address and number of the service centre there is my city. After talking to the service centre, first of all the attitude, worst attitude, did not even listen to my complaint just told me the timings and then kept the phone, what the hell was that. I having no choice still went there just to find that the service centre was closed, $#*!ty NOISE. Went so far just to see that the centre was closed, on the call he said any time from Monday- Saturday that to between 10am - 4pm I could come, what was this then. Just that attitude was ticking me off, and then the timings, in prime office hours are you,"NOISE people" expecting a customer to come and give their product,
Worst service possible will never take this $#*!ty company product again.
Don't buy any noise products they send defected products and fool the clients. Worst customer support ever. Received defected product now they say we will replace it with someone else's used product but can't give new product or refund my money. I have registered my complain in Consumer court
Answer: Yes almost everyone. I was send wrong product every time. I'm still waiting for the right product. And I have already paid for it.
Answer: They ignore their customers completely. They do fake promises. They admit that they violate customer satisfaction policy. They are well trained in ignoring their customers problems.
Answer: I regret that I purchase a product from Go noise. Its customer services are worst and I will never buy any another product from them and will create awareness among people about such a fraud company.
