Please Don't Purchase Any Noise product. It's a fraud company. Poor quality products, Worst after sale services. If your watch gets some defects they'll replace it with a lower variant. And there's no refund policy..

Got my VS104 plus replaced, had a minor sound issue, service people asked some questions and got my product picked and it was replaced within a few days! Really amazing

Bought Noise Loop, delivered with display broke and the payment was already made. Product cost was around 1400 and they asked me to pay more 999 for the display. Very annoying and fraud services. I had conversation with them more then one month at last they asked me to pay the money then only it can be rectified. I was just keep on raising the ticket numbers that's it.

Service center was not responding n they did complaint resolved before any response.I m very dis satisfied from your products

Don't ever buy anything from gonoise.com. They have zero transparency with the ordered items. You can't monitor them, can't cancel, you can do nothing. To summarize you have no access to your ordered items. It's such a manual backdated system even in 2023.

Worst product—Noise-104vs max, i have purchased this product on launch day, have got such a worst experience even in the product and service both,After 20 days of rising complaints also they couldn't able resolve it and without my knowledge and intimation noise team have closed ticket directly after recognising the defect in product of noise cancellation was not working and low volume in calls, would suggest to not buy any of product of noise as it's worster then worstest product ever.

I think its a worst smart watch company ever. Im facing a issue of display and screen in my NOISE COLORFIT PRO 4 GPS i have submitted my watch in noise service center and its been more than a month while i have been submitted. Whenever i call at service center there ans is u'll get a call from company that your watch is available you can now get it from service center. Its a worst company i have ever experience with. Company claims that its a water resistant
IP68 but im facing an display and screen issue when i wear it in a very slightly rain. What should i do now can anyone tell me when i'll get my watch back its more than a month now. Other watch company resolve there customer issue in 10 to 12 days but sorry to say im fed up while using noise company smart watch
