They do not allow returns on certain items. Also, I never received the shipping label to return the items that weren't on sale or clearance. So, if you see something you like on their site, and it's at a discounted price, you can't return it, so don't bother buying it to try it on. LOL
These guys seriously have it figured out. Short shipping times, free returns, and free shipping over $50. Packages always look great. You end up paying a bit more shopping direct through them then you could with others but its worth it. I don't mind paying extra if the value is there
