This is amazingly bad. Tried to open an account with them. Send them all my documents. They do not answer to support questions, account is still not verified and after reading all the online reviews, I decided they never will get any penny from me.

Invest your money elsewhere

After over three weeks of trying to have my wire transferred funds released, with no success to date, I repeatedly receive a false commitment from their customer service group that it is being processed and will be available shortly. Email responses to questions or inquiries take over a week to receive. Not worth the frustration to invest with this poorly established firm. Do yourself a favor and invest elsewhere.

Honestly dont recommend using this company and wasting your time. This is a scam and goldmoney is all about blocking your accounts after you spend days trying to get reach them via their customer service. Once you put the money in the account they make it almost impossible to do business with this company. If you enjoy not having to hit you head on the wall don't recommend this company

So after one year of being a customer I have received a message that they need a new video KYC check. So I did it several times, but without succes because on apple they confirmed it was nto functional. They asked me to send in PAPER form the same documents for KYC as last year! I wrote them if they insist on PAPER KYC AGAIN, i do not want to be their customer anymore. MEANWHILE I succeded to do a video KYC and everything was ok. After som time after video KYC. I was on a holiday and after holiday I had like 10 messages from goldmoney. When I want to log in my account and read messages, it was closed! Some messages was about sellin all silver positions. So thank you for messages I can not access. I am curious when I will see the money! This is extremly customer unfriendly company and I advice keep away from them.

Totally fake and scam
Dont deal with goldmoney it will gonna screwed your money from your account
Totally fraud is going on here
In the begining when you deal with small amount they are very good after two payment they block your account and scam your money they will not going to return your money it happen with me i lost my 7000 usd with gold money they are not even reply me over the email and support team also not anwering

The company Goldmoney really disappointed me! The administration of the company blocks the accounts of its customers for no reason, without explaining to customers about the reasons for blocking their accounts! I really do not recommend contacting this terrible company!
Personally, to me, my friend transferred me some gold as a gift and after 1 hour they blocked my account! I wrote to the support team, and I was told that I had allegedly violated something, but I absolutely did not do anything except order a card! The company treats its customers terribly! Do not mess with them!
People! Be carefull! Do not waste your time on this company!
